After weeks of trying to get a straight answer from them, they refused to answer my simple yes or no question. I hope there are decent people working at FonePaw and that she's not a common representation of the other employees at FonePaw.īut after reading others reviews about FonePaw, I believe the whole company is likely led by crooks who are out to steal your money and time. I hope she quits her job and finds another where she doesn't willfully hurt people for a living. EMILY WATSON at FonePaw is a liar and a thief. To protect them, I'll tell them to never buy anything from FonePaw. I'm going to warn everyone I should about FonePaw. She didn't even have the decency to admit it. She cheated me out of my money, and worse, she sneakily lied, deceived and led me on, trying to tire me out until I gave up on all of our communications. I emailed with EMILY WATSON from in about 40 emails and in customer support tickets I submitted on /contact. I tried to get help from them for the technical malfunctions of the screen recorder I bought from FonePaw for 70 days. THIS MESSAGE IS TO WARN AND PROTECT POTENTIAL FONEPAW CUSTOMERS AGAINST BEING ROBBEDįONEPAW IS A SCAM. This company should NOT be allowed to exist based on their lack of knowledge of their products and more importantly their HORRIBLE customer service. The problem with their detailed instructions was it requesting logs for the FonePaw Data Recovery product which is not what I purchased or even mentioned in any of my communications. On August 1,2022, I received a response telling me that they wanted to do further troubleshooting and gave me detailed instructions on what to do to provide them the logs needed to troubleshoot the problem. On July 19,2022, I asked for the status of the refund. Please wait patiently." that was on July 11,2022. After 1 month, I finally received this response: "We have verified your order information, your situation meets our company's refund policy condition. ![]() There is no distinction on any of their material that indicates that group text messages are not included in the backups. That does NOT show me how to backup group messages. ![]() It takes anywhere from 7 to 10 days to get a response and then the response is to view the product videos on their website or on YouTube. I have tried working with the customer support team and it is almost impossible. It will not backup your group messages so you will not be able to restore them. ![]()
